When to use this page

Use this page to report a violation related to resources hosted by THE.Hosting.

We handle all reports promptly and take action in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

In emergency situations where there is an imminent threat, first contact the competent authorities in your country.

If you have general questions about the services - write to support, having previously authorized in your personal cabinet.

Let us know about the following:
  • Phishing/brand spoofing - fake login pages, credential theft;
  • Malware/exploits - files/pages that distribute malicious code;
  • Spam - for email complaints, attach full email headers;
  • Network incidents - DDoS, scanning, bruteforce; include source IPs, timestamps (UTC) and logs;
  • Copyright (DMCA) - specify the disputed URLs and attach a signed statement;
  • Unlawful content - exact URLs and evidence;
  • Public Threats;
  • Sexual exploitation;
  • Drug Content;
  • Child pornography;
  • Fraud.

What to attach to the complaint

  1. Exact URLs/IPs/ domains (screenshots are not enough).
  2. Time (UTC) and your time zone if different.
  3. Evidence: HTTP logs, application/firewall logs, PCAP, full email headers (for spam).
  4. Description of the impact and steps to reproduce (if applicable).
  5. For DMCA: your contacts, description of rights, affidavit/analogue.

How we handle complaints

The procedure for accepting and processing complaints is as follows:

  1. Classification - verify data completeness and prioritize.
  2. Verification - examine the specified resources.
  3. Customer notification and action - request remediation of the violation; critical risks may result in restrictions or suspension of service.

Target initial response time: up to 24 hours for normal cases; priority incidents (malware, phishing, child safety) - out of queue.

Law enforcement channel

For official requests, use police@the.hosting (from the domain of the public body) and indicate the legal basis, the case number and the scope of the data requested. We reserve the right to verify the request.

Confidentiality and compliance

We only process personal data from a complaint for the purpose of investigating the incident, communicating with the parties and fulfilling legal obligations (GDPR/DSA - where applicable).

Some of the complaint information may be shared with our customer to promptly remedy the breach. Similar provisions are published by major European providers.
