At WorkTitans B.V., we strive to maintain a high standard of service quality and customer support. Most of our clients rarely face situations requiring a refund, but we understand that unexpected issues can happen. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued and how to initiate the process.

When a Refund Is Possible

Refunds are considered only if the service was not fully provided. This means the client did not receive one or more core components of the service as described in the selected plan:

  • CPU

  • RAM

  • Disk space

Please note: bandwidth is not covered under refund eligibility, as it is not a guaranteed resource.

Refunds are not granted in cases of poor internet routing, packet loss from your ISP, or temporary unavailability caused by factors outside WorkTitans B.V.’s control.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the client must:

  1. Open a ticket via the billing panel, addressed to the Sales Department.

  2. Confirm their identity through a standard verification process (ID document may be requested).

  3. Clearly describe the issue and the timeframe in which the service was unavailable or not fully provided.

We do not require a formal written application, but identity verification is mandatory. This ensures the protection of both our customers and our infrastructure.

Once the request is approved, the refund will be issued in the original payment method and currency. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Payment via cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT), due to the inability to verify ownership and identity.

  • Dedicated servers.

  • Discounted or promotional plans.

  • Service renewals or subscription extensions.

  • IP address blacklisting (we offer help with delisting but do not refund or replace IPs).

Additionally, no refunds will be provided if:

  • The server was accessible to most regions but temporarily unavailable to a specific location.

  • The customer received complaints for abuse, spam or malicious activity (even if later disputed).

  • The refund policy is being exploited via multi-account abuse. In such cases, WorkTitans B.V. reserves the right to permanently suspend the account.

Refunds are available only for first-time accounts. Use of this policy to repeatedly obtain free services is considered fraud and will result in termination without refund.

Alternatives to Refunds

If a technical issue caused by WorkTitans B.V. prevents the service from working as intended, we will first attempt to resolve it or extend your service period as compensation. If resolution is not possible and the issue persists, a refund for the last paid period may be issued at our discretion.

Final Notes

WorkTitans B.V. does not offer partial refunds or refunds for unused time. Terminating the service before the end of the billing cycle does not entitle the user to a refund.

Our responsibility lies in providing server infrastructure and technical support. The client is responsible for all use and content on the allocated resources.
